RETURN OF PRODUCTS

You can return unsuitable products within 14 calendar days of receiving a postal parcel. You are able to get the replacement of goods or a refund to your bankcard (after we receive the returned product). The sender is required to pay postal charges for the return of unsuitable items.

Exchange or return of goods is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase (receipt or order), provided that the stored labels and product appearance of the product.
